Where We Get Our Bikes From
We’re often asked where our bikes come from. To be clear, we do not purchase our bikes from third party marketplaces or resellers such as Alibaba, AliExpress, or similar platforms. Instead, E Cycles works directly with the manufacturer and authorised production partners, allowing us to source brand new, factory spec Sur Ron bikes straight from the source. This direct relationship means every bike meets the correct manufacturing standards, quality control processes, and safety specifications intended by the brand. By avoiding unknown third party sellers, we reduce the risk of altered specifications, incomplete components, or inconsistent build quality, while also maintaining better pricing through streamlined supply chains. The result is a genuine Sur Ron bike delivered to New Zealand riders with confidence, transparency, and reliability.
